1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final
At Bulk Buy Clothing, we specialize in the sale of second-hand clothing bales. Due to the specific nature of our business and the goods we sell, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase on our website or in-store, you acknowledge that all sales are final.
2. Nature of Goods (Disclaimer)
Our products are sold as bulk bales of second-hand clothing. Please be aware of the following before making a purchase:
“As Is” Condition: All bales are sold “as is.” The clothing items within are second-hand and may show signs of wear, varying quality, or use.
Variability: Each bale consists of randomly assorted items. We cannot guarantee specific sizes, colors, styles, brands, or the exact number of pieces within a bale.
No Customization: Bales are pre-packed and sealed. We are unable to open bales to swap items or customize the contents.
3. No Refunds and No Exchanges
We strictly do not offer monetary refunds or product exchanges. This applies to:
Dissatisfaction with Style/Mix: We cannot refund you if the specific mix of items in a bale does not meet your personal preference.
Sizing Issues: As bales contain a random mix of sizes, we cannot accept returns based on items not fitting.
Condition of Items: Second-hand items typically require washing or minor repairs. The condition of individual items is not grounds for a return.
4. Inspection & Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they understand the nature of the product before purchasing.
Online Orders: Please review all product descriptions and category details carefully. By checking out, you agree to accept the variability inherent in bulk second-hand goods.
In-Store Purchases: If you are visiting our physical warehouse, we encourage you to inspect the bale categories available (though individual bales cannot be opened) to ensure you are selecting the correct category for your needs.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong category of bale (e.g., you ordered “Men’s Jackets” but received “Children’s Wear”), please contact us immediately upon receipt.
Claims for incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The bale must remain unopened and its original seal intact for any claim to be considered.
Once a bale is opened, we cannot verify its original contents, and no claim can be processed.
